2016
Cadway-Automotive sp. z o. o. founded. At the beginning there were only two engineers in our team!
2017
There are more than 20 people working for Cadway-Automotive. We are starting our new office in Jasionka near Rzeszów.
2018
Constant development. Jakub Kocój, chairman of Cadway-Automotive was awarded the statuette “The Most Influential of Podkarpacie” by the VIP magazine.
2019
Bigger and bigger automotive companies from around the world are interested in cooperation with Cadway-Automotive. We have been awarded the 2019 Podkarpacie Economic Award statuette.
2020
This year Cadway-Automotive celebrates its 4th birthday. Despite the adversities related to the global pandemic of the Covid-19 virus, Cadway-Automotive is opening up for new opportunities by focusing on the development of a prototyping plant and starting work on battery applications for electric vehicles and energy storage.
2021
The fifth anniversary of the company is both a time of summaries and the development of ideas for the future; We continue to focus on the development of the prototyping and we are working intensively on battery technologies for electric vehicles and energy storage. We are also opening up to new markets. This year, we got the Subcarpathian Economic Award for 2021.
The Cadway-Automotive company was established in 2016 in Rzeszów. For several years it has been growing rapidly, designing car bodies for the world’s most desirable car brands.
Cadway-Automotive deals with the design of the components of the car body elements. It produces bodies for both combustion and electric cars. The company also specializes in prototyping. Cadway-Automotive’s core competencies are focused on the developing the structure of a vehicle bodywork structure with all exterior and interior finishes.
Cadway-Automotive team consists of experienced engineers and managers from the automotive industry, as well as young, creative automotive enthusiasts. This is why customers can be sure to receive a package of knowledge, experience, passion, creativity, fresh approach, reliability and full professionalism.
The Cadway-Automotive team has gained international recognition many times in many areas of vehicle development, which results from the successful implementation of very complex projects for some of the most demanding vehicle manufacturers not only in Europe, but in the whole world.
Cadway-Automotive continues to expand its offer. Currently, it is developing its own production by investing in industrial 3D printing. The company also undertook the task of designing batteries for photovoltaic panels.

Management
Jakub Kocój
President of the Management Board, founder and originator of CADWAY-AUTOMOTIVE sp. z o. o.
He has gained experience at RLE International for over ten years. He has designed vehicle elements for companies such as FORD MOTOR COMPANY, NISSAN, ASTON MARTIN, MCLAREN AUTOMOTIVE.
He decided to set up a company from the automotive industry in Poland, in his home region. He knew that there would be many experienced, creative specialists and engineers on the Polish market who would join the ranks of Cadway-Automotive. This idea was a hit, as the company has been operating continuously since 2016 on the Polish market, cooperating with leading representatives of the automotive industry.
