Purpose and basis of processing

Your personal data will be processed in order to carry out the recruitment procedure as indicated in the provisions of the labour law (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). Cadway-Automotive sp. z o. o. will process your personal data also in the next recruitment process, if you give your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which you can revoke at any time. For this purpose, it is necessary for you to include the following clause in the application documents:

I consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes of future recruitment processes by Cadway-Automotive sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Jasionka, Jasionka 954E, 36-002 Jasionka, NIP: 5170376942, entered into the National Court Register under the number: 0000638591, pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000) and in agreement with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

(When you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of future recruitment processes by Cadway-Automotive sp. z o. o., your recruitment documents will be kept for a maximum period of 9 months from the date of their submission. After this time, they will be destroyed. You have the right to request earlier destruction of the documents. For this purpose, please contact us at: rodo@cadway-automotive.com. The administrator reserves the right to delete the data earlier. If you do not include the indicated clause, we will not be able to store your CV for the indicated period).
If the documents contain the data referred to in Article 9(1) of the GDPR (personal data revealing: racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership and genetic data processing, biometric data to uniquely identify a natural person or data on a person’s health, sexuality or sexual orientation) your consent, which may be revoked at any time, will be required to their processing (Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR).

Recipients of your personal data

The primary recipient of your personal data will be the Employer, i.e. Cadway-Automotive sp. z o. o. The expected recipients of your personal data are: public institutions authorized to receive and process your personal data in accordance with the applicable law; entities related by shares or personally to the Administrator, other entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator (based on separate entrustment agreements), as well as employees and associates of the Administrator or these entities – to the extent that is necessary to achieve the objectives of data processing, i.e. the recruitment process.

Data storage period

Your data collected in the current recruitment process will be stored until the end of the recruitment process, i.e. for a maximum of six months from the date of obtaining the application documents. Then they will be destroyed.
If you give your consent to use your personal data for the purposes of future recruitment, your data will be stored for a maximum period of nine months from the moment the Administrator receives the application documents. The Administrator reserves the right to delete the data earlier. If you do not include the clause indicated, we will not be able to store your CV for the specified period.

Rights of data subjects

You have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy thereof;
• rectify (correct) your personal data;
• restriction of processing of your personal data;
• request deleting your personal data;
• lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if it is found that your personal data is being

Information on the requirement to provide data

Providing your personal data in the scope resulting from Article 22¹ of The Labour Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment procedure. Providing other data is voluntary.
