In the interest of safe processing of your personal data, we have created a set of rules that apply to you when you use our website.

The provisions of this document take account of the provisions of the GDPR in force from May 25, 2018 and the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018.

Concepts

Administrator – it is the Personal Data Administrator who is the entity responsible for managing and processing your data. The administrator is also the owner of the website you are using.
GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation),the provisions of which have been in force since May 25 2018.

§ 2

The website is primarily a place where you can get information about Cadway-Automotive sp. z o. o. and the current recruitment processes conducted by the company. The contact details that you provide using the contact information given by us or by using the recruitment form are confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons. Data on each visit to our website is collected automatically. This applies to such data as: computer’s IP address, browser type, etc.
Data collected in logs are used only for the purpose of administering the website. All user data obtained via the website is intended solely for the use of the Administrator. The Administrator’s website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the data protection rules applicable on other websites. When you call us, send us an e-mail, etc., you provide us with your personal data. We can use them to respond to you.
On our website you will find contact details that can be used to contact us. When you contact us by phone, e-mail or contact form, you voluntarily provide us with your personal data. We use them to respond to you or answer your inquiry.

The purpose of processing your personal data is:

  • enabling the User to get acquainted with the profile of Cadway-Automotive sp. z o. o.
    providing answers after establishing contact by the User through the contact details provided by the Administrator, thus enabling contact with the Administrator.
  • for statistical purposes (e.g. regarding the number of visits to the website) and analytical purposes of the Administrator, where the Administrator’s legitimate interest is the possibility of making analyses and statistics of their activities resulting from Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, as well as for the purposes of defence against possible claims on the basis of the Administrator’s legitimate interest, where the Administrator’s legitimate interest is to defend the Administrator against third party claims,

everything in accordance with Article 6(1)(b), (c), (f) of the Regulation
as well as for the purpose consistent with the content of the consents granted to the Administrator (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation), which can be obtained explicitly and implicitly.

§ 4

Providing your personal data is a statutory and/or contractual requirement. The collection of data such as the computer’s IP address by the IT system is related to the use of our website. The consequence of not providing the data may be the inability to contact and learn about the company’s areas of activity. Lack of acceptance of data collection in the IT system is associated with the need for the User to make a decision to stop using the website.

§ 5

You have the right to get the access to your data and the right to rectify it, limit processing, in justified cases to delete (“the right to be forgotten”) or limit processing, the right to object to processing, the right to transfer data. According to Article 13 of the Regulation, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Your personal data collected in the IT system will be kept for the period necessary to achieve the indicated processing purposes.
Computer IP addresses will be stored for analytical purposes using IT tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
Data provided voluntarily for contact purposes will be used only for this purpose.

In order to engage in the full protection of your personal data, as well as make sure we respect your privacy, we use encryption of the connection with an SSL certificate.

§ 8

The expected recipients of your personal data are: public institutions authorized to receive and process your personal data in accordance with the applicable law, entities related by capital or personally to the Administrator, other entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator (based on separate entrustment agreements), as well as employees and associates of the Administrator or these entities – to the extent that it is necessary to achieve the purposes of data processing.

Your personal data will be transferred to entities processing it at our request on the basis of contracts with the Administrator, but only for the purpose and scope necessary for the implementation of the above-mentioned purposes, including entities providing us with IT services or other services used to guarantee the proper functioning of the website, where such entities process data only in accordance with the Administrator’s instructions.
In addition to the entities mentioned above, your data may be shared only with entities authorized to do so under national or EU law. The website administrator has made due diligence in order to adequately secure the personal data provided, in particular against disclosure to unauthorized persons.

You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

The personal data administrator does not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations.
